Sure enough, there has been a catapult of artisan soaps in the market today. But if you are going back to the most rudimentary quality of what a soap must be, one can say, there aren’t much of them.
I, for one, have tried so many soaps that you can find in the market, from the most popular to the most unbeknownst, from the most easy to find to the rarest that I still have to travel from Quezon City to Mandaluyong just to get one, from the highest hyaluronic to mandelic acid, from glutathione-driven to the highest alpha arbutin content. A plethora of them, I have searched far and wide.
To this day, I settled with the one that has all the necessary features that I need and with an uncompromising quality in the making.
Rainourish is a nascent brand of all natural cleaning increments, from soaps to detergents. From their line of products, I stick with the two and have used alternately, Tea Tree and Papaya.
Tea Tree is known for its anti-bacterial property, and in fact being used for some known skin problems. Papaya on the other hand has brightening and soothing effect on the skin, which is really what you want for in your skin. So while Tea tree is best for cleaning and mattifying, Papaya is good for soothing, smooth and glowing skin.
Being keen on how it is applied on the skin, the beautiful thing about them is that they lather so profusely but unlike most mineral soaps, they don’t melt easily.
While the price is something subjective, comparatively, they are slightly priced than your grocery-stashed soaps, but definitely a value for money compared to other specialty soaps in the market.
Win win, I should say. And one I highly recommend.”
